How the day runs
Act I
1 hr 50 min- Welcome The interview-as-performance mindset and your Gap Map baseline
- The Role Your character and STAR+, then a STAR+ Sprint and the Technical Interruptor drill
- The Script Hook, core, evidence, implication, then a 60-second monologue with a filler-word tally
- Act I debrief What you noticed, and a first re-score

Act II
1 hr 50 min- Warm-up “Yes, And”
- The Ensemble Composure and rapport, then the Curveball Carousel with mid-answer pivots
- The Improvisation Thinking out loud, then a scenario shift and an ambiguous case
- Mini-capstone A 4-minute performance scored on all four skills
