Each workshop is 3 hours: one hour of theory, two hours of live drills in pairs and small groups.

How it works

The work doesn't stop when a workshop ends. Each step feeds the next one.

Prepare
Before Workshop 1 you complete the Pre-Workshop Workbook: your interview history, an honest self-assessment and the raw material for your stories.

Practice
In each 3-hour workshop, one hour of theory is followed by two hours of live drills in pairs and small groups.

Get feedback
Scorecards, recorded playback and debriefs from your peers and the instructor show exactly what to fix.

Apply it
After each workshop, a short reflection and a practice task to finish before the next session. You leave with three polished stories and a Personal Action Plan.
